Abstract: Applications of Flexible electronics are expanding into various domains, such as, health, domestic and industries. Flexible electronics lead to compact, light-weight and conformable devices and systems. Out of other semiconductor technologies that allow flexible electronics, oxide TFT technology has proven to be the most suitable option due to its unique electrical properties. This technology has gained significant interest in academic research as well as industries. This talk focus on various applications of flexible electronics, design challenges imposed by technology, possible solutions and few developments (circuits and systems) using oxide TFT technology.
