Governing Council


The affairs of the Society shall be managed by the Governing Council. The composition of Governing Council shall be as follows,

  • # Elected members (Maximum 1/100th of LMs)
  • # One Member each from Chapters of Society
  • # Two Members from Institutional / Corporate sectors.
  • # Minimum Two or Maximum Three (to make odd number of GC members) nominated by Executive Council
  • # Immediate past President  and General Secretary

The Governing Council shall elect Executive Council comprising of President, two Vice-Presidents, General Secretary, Joint Secretaries and Treasurer. The Secretary and Treasurer shall be from the Headquarters for the convenience of financial and administrative operations.
