Congratulations Prof. Tapajyoti Das Gupta and team!

Another new Indian patent has been granted for our work on “Super Resolution Meta-Lens Surface and Method of Designing Super Resolution Meta-Lens Surface.”
The work is led by Santanu Mandal and focuses on the design of super-resolution meta-lens surfaces, addressing new approaches for engineering optical wavefronts beyond conventional diffraction-limited focusing. Such developments can open opportunities in high-resolution imaging, microscopy, optical sensing and next-generation photonic systems. This work is also a part of CPAM OCC in Department of Instrumentation and Applied Physics IAP in Indian Institute of Science (IISc) which is supported by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology under the guidance of Dr. Sankha dip Das and Sunita Verma
