Currently my group research is focused on developing advanced engineering devices by utilizing a combined interface between concepts of physics and smart engineering designs. We mainly employ underlying physics of 0D, 1D and 2D materials. A facility for controlling the material design parameters and micro fabrication of nano and micro device systems are developed and currently being utilized for multiple applications ranging from devices for chemical sensors at large scale, smart actuators, micro supercapacitors, advanced bolometer and photodetector.
