Research Interest
Atanu’s main area of research is the analysis and design of novel ion traps for mass spectrometry. His group develops numerical and analytical tools for the study of ion traps. His group also works on the development of electronic circuits and ion detectors for use in portable mass spectrometers.
Biographical Sketch
- After working in the computer networking industry for a number of years, he joined the Insititute in 2003. Currently an Associate Professor.
