Sneha Chaudhary has been awarded the APS Excellence in Physics Distinguished Student (DS) Award by the Forum on International Physics of the American Physical Society (APS), an international honour recognizing outstanding doctoral researcher in physics and related fields. She is the sole recipient of this award, which includes a USD 2,500 travel grant to attend the APS Global Physics Summit 2026. Her work focuses on the development of thin-film transistor circuits and systems on biodegradable substrates, contributing to sustainable and environmentally responsible electronics. She is pursuing this research under the guidance of Professor Sanjiv Sambandan.
